Responsibilities

  • Serving as the Lead HRBP for assigned business teams and build relationships with business leaders to become a trusted advisor and develop HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Engaging with Leadership team to develop long and short-term people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, meet strategic objectives and drive employee engagement. Understanding dynamics and key business priorities for assigned teams, ensuring they have the required capabilities, OD, and talent to deliver strategies and align to overall talent agenda.
  • Designing and/or driving the talent and diversity strategy within various supported functions & coach leadership team(s) to successfully handle all people management processes.
  • Partnering with learning & development colleagues and talent acquisition on strategies and initiatives in support of the organization’s workforce plan and talent strategy. Working with functional leadership teams to drive transformation through large scale OD and ways of working changes, talent sourcing, and development.
  • Successfully handling employee relations while mitigating risks to the Company; fostering a climate of efficiency and promoting a positive business culture.
  • Mentoring and supporting managers in the successful delivery of performance improvement and development programs.
  • Ensuring leadership teams are appropriately briefed and advised on issues pertaining to their teams. Collaborate with leadership teams to facilitate change management initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent & OE to craft and implement specific talent management, employee engagement, and retention strategies. Championing inclusive culture while building a diverse workforce. Build analytics capability to track HR metrics and ensure key collaborators have insights to advise decision-making.
  • Partner with Rewards to design and implement specific Rewards strategies. Partner with leaders to implement and manage Human Resources processes, including:
