Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: As a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team, partner on the People Strategy, development and engagement of the broader HR teams and provide leadership on large scale, critical HR initiatives.
  • Integrated Talent Management: Drive strong Talent Management and Talent Development across the Global Operations functions, with a focus on Talent Assessment and Succession Planning, Performance Management and employee and leadership development
  • Business Partner: Partner directly with the Global Operations leadership team to develop and drive the People Strategy for four key functions across the key pillars of Organizational Agility/Effectiveness, Great Talent and Winning Culture.
  • Organizational Design: Lead transformative organization design and effectiveness initiatives, uncovering opportunities within Global Operations’ strategy, structure, processes, talent and culture to develop and execute strong OD/OE plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Ensure a strong engagement strategy across the Global Operations functions, including a deep understanding of engagement and retention data and drivers and proactive plans in place that leverage best practices across functions, where possible, and function-specific approaches where needed.
  • Change Management: Partner with our HR Transformation team and play an integral role in the design and implementation of a global people system, HR processes and HR operating model within the Global Operations functions.
  • Leadership Team: Serve as a member of the global Human Resources Leadership Team.
