Responsibilities

  • The primary focus of the role is twofold:
  • The employment law team consists of solicitors, paralegals, and trainee solicitors, based at our Leeds and Bristol offices, with some fully remote working.
  • We deal with Employment Tribunal claims acting for employees and employers.
  • We also advise a number of employers on employment-related matters including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, and business transfers.
  • Our solicitors are regularly instructed to advise on settlement agreements.
