Responsibilities

  • Support smooth operation of office and supporting leaders in their business requirements including:
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Expenses management
  • Travel planning and execution.
  • Organizing meetings, agenda drafting and sharing minutes of the meeting
  • Organizing townhall and equivalent forums pigeonhole support, manage presentations etc.
  • Tracking actions from key meetings of leaders (like Townhall, leadership meetings & other group meetings)
  • Managing visits & agenda for overseas visitors
  • Vendor management e.g. Prestige, Courier agencies, Hotels, Stationers, Printers, other vendors required for the meetings/conferences etc.
  • Knowledge management of site level initiatives
  • Be additional approver & reviewer of administrative processes and spends
  • Support employee engagement events across GITC and build meaningful connection between individuals and teams
