Responsibilities

  • - Develop a global benefits strategy that provides innovative and cost-effective benefits that bring our Employee Value Proposition to life for all employees
  • - Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy of budgeting and forecasting of benefits
  • - Partner with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion office to surface new opportunities to serve and engage our employees
  • - Conduct due diligence evaluations for potential acquisition targets. Make recommendations regarding risk or impacts to valuation
  • - Develop executive-level presentations and present benefits-related material to all levels of the organization
  • - Provide concise briefings to the executives with well thought out recommendations
  • - File all required government-mandated filings by the deadline
  • - Ensure all disclosures are completed, company-sponsored plans meet all legal requirements and that we are complying with the Service Contract Act (SCA)
  • - Oversee the management of retirement programs including the CACI 401(k) plan and other retirement plans
  • - Work with vendors to achieve the best financial outcome on offerings to our employees and renewals
  • - Ensure accuracy in our billing and contract terms and agreements
  • - Lead and develop a team of Benefits professionals in the design, delivery and engagement of our programs
