Responsibilities

  • Gästebetreuung: Begrüßen Sie die Gäste bei ihrer Ankunft herzlich, geben Sie ihnen bei Bedarf Hilfestellung und beantworten Sie alle Fragen zu den Frühstücksangeboten oder andere Anfragen.
  • Tischpflege: Räumen Sie die Tische umgehend ab und decken Sie sie für die nächsten Gäste neu, um Sauberkeit und Effizienz zu gewährleisten.
  • Getränkeservice: Füllen Sie Kaffee, Tee, Säfte und andere Getränke nach, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste während ihrer Mahlzeit leichten Zugang haben.
  • Buffetbetreuung: Überwachen Sie den Buffetbereich, um sicherzustellen, dass er aufgeräumt und gut bestückt bleibt, und koordinieren Sie bei Bedarf die Auffüllung mit dem Küchenpersonal.
  • Teamzusammenarbeit: Arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Küchenpersonal und anderen Teammitgliedern zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf zu gewährleisten.
  • Aufgaben am Ende der Schicht: Helfen Sie bei der Reinigung nach dem Service und stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Tische und der Buffetbereich ordnungsgemäß wiederhergestellt und für den nächsten Tag bereit sind.
