The paralegal will be responsible for working with lawyers to agree on transfer documentation, completing investor questionnaires, liaising with the client and offshore administrators, and managing the transfer process.
Is there any opportunity for overtime?
Yes, the paralegals currently undertaking this work often work outside normal office hours, for which they receive overtime pay.
