Responsibilities

  • Gäste herzlich begrüßen, beim Ein- und Auschecken behilflich sein und Fragen zum Hotel und zur Umgebung beantworten
  • Das Personal an der Rezeption beaufsichtigen, Schichtpläne koordinieren und sicherstellen, dass alle Aktivitäten an der Rezeption reibungslos ablaufen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Kontrolle aller Prozesse unter Einhaltung unserer Standards
  • Bei Buchungen, Stornierungen und Änderungen behilflich sein
  • Zimmer je nach Verfügbarkeit und Präferenzen der Gäste zuweisen, Upgrades oder Anfragen nach Sonderwünschen bearbeiten
  • Überwachung der Abwicklung von Zahlungen, Rückerstattungen, Anzahlungen und zusätzlichen Gebühren
  • Abstimmung der Kassenlade, Sicherstellung einer genauen Buchführung und Unterstützung bei der Finanzabstimmung am Ende des Tages
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Zimmer für neue Gäste bereit sind, indem Sie sich mit dem Housekeeping abstimmen; Meldung von Wartungsproblemen
