Responsibilities

  • Review existing training documents and learning aids/tools used by GBS functions to ensure consistent and effective employee learning methods are utilized.
  • Consult with leadership and provide guidance on the design, development, and delivery of training content, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
  • Work closely with GBS departments, Global Process Organization, and project teams to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Maintain Training Team's Agile documents and perform periodic review.
  • Assign Metro read events to employees, run compliance reports, and load knowledge assessments into METRO for GBS functions.
  • Assist in the design, implementation and oversight of the employee onboarding and training programs for GBS.
  • Collaborate with management to facilitate the onboarding of new employees and assist in the review of Employee Training Plans.
  • Support Department SMEs with the design and development of task-based training programs.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on key metrics to determine the effectiveness of employee development and training.
  • Work with site leadership on training strategy, methodology and delivery options.
  • Supports audit readiness to ensure successful results related to training.
  • Other duties as assigned.
