Responsibilities

  • Als Leitung der neu aufgestellten Abteilung “Business Operations” im Chapter Engineering RDG wirst du ein standortübergreifendes Team aus hochqualifizierten Spezialisten führen, welche die Projektteams übergeordnet dabei unterstützen exzellente Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Dein Team und du seid die ersten Ansprechpartner wenn es beispielsweise um unsere Systeme, Prozesse und Initiativen, die Portfolio Daten oder unsere Strategischen Partnerschaften und Abwicklungsmodelle geht.
  • Als Mitglied des Leitungsteams des Chapter Engineering RDG wirst du die Einheit in Übereinstimmung mit operativen Erwartungen und strategischen Ambitionen ausrichten und direkt an den Chapter Lead Engineering RDG berichten. Du wirst daneben auch eng mit den weiteren Site Management Funktionen und globalen Engineering Einheiten zusammenarbeiten.
  • Du schaffst ein Arbeitsumfeld und eine Teamkultur, in der großartige Ergebnisse gefördert und ermöglicht werden. Du treibst Veränderungsprozesse aktiv voran, unterstützt dabei alle Mitarbeitenden des Chapters, Veränderungen zu verstehen, anzunehmen und sie selbst aktiv voranzubringen.
