  • Three (3) plus years of experience in progressive Instructional Design experience.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design, education, or other related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the LMS, including user account management, course uploads, student group creation, assignment creation and system configurations.
  • Provide technical support to LMS users and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT for technical resolutions.
  • Generate and analyze reports on course participation, completion rates, and user feedback.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the LMS.
  • Stay up to date with LMS features and updates, implementing improvements as necessary.
