  • Begleitung unserer Bewerberinnen und Bewerber entlang der Candidate Journey sowie proaktiver Kontakt mit Interessentinnen und Interessenten im Rahmen von Events
  • Konzeption, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von deutschlandweiten zielgruppenspezifischen Recruitment Veranstaltungen und Initiativen
  • Beobachtung und Analyse von Markttrends im Recruiting
  • Präsentation des #teamlinklaters auf Karrieremessen und anderen Veranstaltungen
  • Mitarbeit an diversen Recruiting- und HR-Projekten
