Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing and developing the business in the assigned area, with the optimal distribution of Kering Eyewear brands, by achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with Kering Eyewear strategy.
  • You will also actively manage, coach and supervise the Sales Team for Kering Eyewear Luxury and lifestyle brand portfolio.
  • The main objective of the role is to actively drive sales by building a qualitative distribution network and a close relationship with our business partners in the Territory.
  • Recruit, management, coordination and development of the Sales Force operating in the allocated Territory.
  • Monitor performance of the members of the sales team on an on-going/ continuing basis to by addressing shortfalls of their performance and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Collect weekly sales reports from representatives and preparing a summary on territory performance, key customers, and team members.
  • Ensure the best, most accurate presence and visibility of the brand portfolio, respecting each brand’s positioning and aligning with business objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and defines business plans (promotional activities, incentives, training, visibility plans, etc.) for Key Accounts, with investments proportionate to each account’s potential.
  • Monitor performance and anticipates scenarios by implementing recovery plans.
  • Find new business opportunities.
  • Ensure team and individual qualitative and quantitative targets achievement.
  • Plan and coordinate sales events, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Maintain brand integrity by ensuring the product is distributed in doors which are adequate for image /positioning /location and presented in-store according to the brand merchandising standards and ensure distribution contracts signature.
  • Product feedback collection and sharing with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Assist the Finance department with invoice, debit and credit note queries.
  • Deal with client's commercial returns requests, always in line with corporate policy and instructions.
