  • Set the Pace - You'll drive the overall management of Employee Relations activities for the plant including: Handling employee complaints, employee grievances, employee discipline and promoting and expanding positive employee relationships on-site.
  • Collaboration is Key - You'll serve as liaison between Front Line Leader’s, Hourly Employees, and others as appropriate.
  • Fresh Thinking - You'll partner with front line supervisors in HR policy, conflict resolution, relationship building, employee/labor relations, etc. which will require a high level of discretion and independent operation.
  • Agility - You'll assist with other HR Generalist activities not defined including employee engagement activities, crew scheduling, labor relations meetings, etc.
