  • As a Manager within our HR Strategy & Business Operations, and HR4HR team, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR-wide practices (across the org / HR function) that align with the CG’s Long-term Strategic Plan and the HR 2031 Strategy.
  • Your role will involve providing interim HRBP support to various lines of business, offering expert guidance and strategic solutions on talent acquisition, associate development, performance management, associate relations, and organizational design.
  • You will leverage data analytics to identify and address critical workforce needs, fostering a positive associate experience and driving organizational success.
  • Additional responsibilities may include independently managing varying critical, short-term HR projects, defining clear project requirements, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects to deliver strong business outcomes.
