Responsibilities

  • Contribuer aux côtés des Senior Managers et Directors aux activités d’origination du business (identification d’opportunités commerciales, préparation et rédaction de propositions commerciales destinées à nos prospects, recherches et veille commerciale, etc.)
  • Gérer et/ou contribuer sur des aspects spécifiques à l’ensemble de nos missions de conseil pour des industriels ou fonds d’investissement privés ainsi que pour des autorités publiques sur des secteurs variés :
  • Infrastructures énergétiques : énergies renouvelables, infrastructures de recharges et de stockage
  • Infrastructures de transport : autoroutes, aéroportuaires, ferroviaires et portuaires
  • Infrastructures digitales : fibre optique et data center
  • Infrastructures de services aux collectivités : gestion des déchets et des fluides
  • Analyser et utiliser des modèles financiers afin d’évaluer les projets (rentabilité pour les actionnaires, structuration du financement, analyse de bancabilité, tests de sensibilités) afin de proposer à nos clients les solutions les plus adaptées aux contraintes spécifiques des projets
  • Participer aux réflexions sur la structuration financière, l’analyse des risques du projet et la levée du financement (dettes et fonds propres), incluant notamment la rédaction de documents liés à l’opération (à destination des prêteurs, acquéreurs potentiels ou clients) et l’analyse de rapport de due diligence
