Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Trade, and Operations teams to deliver campaign communications, ensuring clear and detailed guidance is provided. Help establish effective processes that support key trade activities and meet deadlines.
  • Store Communication & Support: Effectively communicate all weekly and seasonal marketing actions to store teams, ensuring that all activities and events are well-understood and embraced.
  • Asset Planning & Distribution: Collaborate with Retail and Operations teams on the planning, briefing, and distribution of in-store POS, window messages, and other store assets.
  • Studio & Production Coordination: Oversee the technical briefing and scheduling of studio activities, working directly with the Studio Manager and Production teams to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Quality Control: Review all assets to ensure that copy, creative, and trade-specific details are accurate and meet specifications.
  • Finance Management: Manage the internal finance system for POS and windows, maintaining strong relationships with the Finance team. Ensure requisitions and purchase orders are properly controlled, and that invoices are processed accurately.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise with internal teams to ensure marketing and campaign activities align creatively and commercially, resulting in a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Supplier Management: Build strong, positive relationships with external suppliers, overseeing the tender process for assets and ensuring all activities are delivered within budget.
  • Store & Window Database Maintenance: Maintain an accurate store and window database, collaborating with print suppliers, Property, and Field teams to ensure accurate allocations.
  • POS Library & Graphic Requests: Sustain a strong POS library that aligns with the marketing strategy and agreed display principles. Manage the POS-ordering system and review store requests to ensure all items are available.
  • Creative Development: Assist in the creative development of POS and window assets, experimenting with new materials and driving new initiatives for the marketing team.
  • Multi-Tasking & Deadline Management: Demonstrate strength and resilience under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a calm, unflustered demeanour. Prioritize effectively to ensure timely delivery. Effectively and transparently communicate to best manage expectations.
