Responsibilities

  • Advising HQ and EO on regulatory issues arising from the development of new products, services, initiatives and advertising material. This includes an analysis of competition and consumer law, intellectual property, ESG reporting and employment law, among other areas.
  • Researching ongoing legal developments with a particular focus on recent and current digital regulation in Europe e.g. the Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, Data Act and AI Act, and advising the business on risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinating local Legal reviews of HQ and EO proposals.
  • Responding to inquiries from the EU Commission and national competition regulators.
  • Development and drafting of compliance guidance and training materials.
  • Assisting the Senior Legal Support Manager with the Contract Management process, operating our internal process tools (e.g. expenses and billing), and other day to day tasks.
  • Ad-hoc duties such as helping to manage team events and projects.
