Requirements

  • You’ve gained 7+ years of professional hands-on experience within performance marketing and/or branding channels for web and app
  • Mandatory: You have experience in both web and app acquisition campaigns
  • You are an expert in web and app attribution and familiar with ad privacy impacts
  • You have gained experience in incrementality testing
  • You have a university degree in marketing, business, economics, management, engineering or similar field
  • You understand attribution models and their limitations
  • You ideally have team management experience, but it’s not mandatory
  • You are used to breaking down complex problems into a clear structure

Responsibilities

  • You support building the processes for optimal budget allocation between marketing online paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, etc) and branding investments (YouTube, Meta, DV360, Influencer)
  • You control and challenge investments based on campaign performance
  • You enhance budgeting initiatives to improve forecast accuracy for example
  • You leverage your technical campaign management expertise by creating scalable advanced optimization controls
  • You challenge the status quo and identify marketing initiatives that will grow acquisition numbers to the next level
  • You prioritize tasks to make sure that the organization is focusing on activities that will deliver the best outcomes
  • You guide the allocation of a large media budget for all European markets
  • You drive budget allocation between channels to increase ROI
  • You support the performance teams by contributing to the marketing, BI and product roadmaps for key strategic initiatives
  • You are not afraid to deepdive into the marketing campaigns and challenge team members if needed
  • You can be in contact with local markets to support local strategic needs
