Requirements

  • Engineering- and/or Business degree at bachelor's level
  • Min. 2-5 years of proven experience in planning og project management role on complex projects in large global organization.
  • Relevant project management education or training is a plus
  • Relevant certifications within Prince2, IPMA or similar and/or Agile methods is a plus
  • Experienced user of project/planning tools such as MS-Project, SAP PPM and JIRA
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English is a must

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers and Technical Lead in setting up the projects in various planning systems in the right governance and quality
  • Secure strong linking in all levels of planning (level A-B-C) throughout various tools, to secure efficient monitoring and reporting in the executional part of the projects
  • Monitoring risks and issues related to planning aspects of the projects tasks vs milestones
  • Coach, mentor, lead sub-module planners to secure best practice across all projects
  • Support building and developing planning accuracy processes, tools, and best practices within the Converter & Electrical organization, in collaboration with Project Managers and Technical Leads
