Responsibilities

  • Sales Incentive Program Processing
  • Manage and process sales incentive program accurately and timely
  • Audit and create territory alignment, sales goals, and statements for review
  • Ensure compliance with incentive program rules and facilitate discrepancy resolution
  • Collaborate with finance and HR team to streamline sales incentive program workflows
  • Reports & Dashboards
  • Design reports and dashboards that contain key sales incentive metrics to be reviewed with senior management
  • Monitor reporting usage in Salesforce.com ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage their business
  • Provide insights and analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Manage and evaluate sales support tools to ensure the business is maximizing capabilities and driving efficiencies
  • Partner with the training team to ensure the sales team is properly trained on key tools and technology
  • Project Support
  • Partner with functional leaders, business units, and subject matter experts to ensure success of key project and initiatives
