Responsibilities

  • The Human Resources & Operations Senior Associate will support the Human Resources Senior Manager in overseeing HR and operational functions for the Orange County office.
  • Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development, onboarding, staffing, local office communications, as well as managing HR policies and procedures.
  • Additionally, the Human Resources & Operations Senior Associate is responsible for maintaining confidential HR records, supporting overall office operations, collaborating on firm-wide initiatives as needed, and providing informational updates and reports to local management as directed by the Human Resources Senior Manager.
  • The HR/Ops Senior Associate will work closely with the local HR and Operations team as well as the National HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
