Requirements

  • You will be responsible for all stages of product development including New Product Introduction and Continuous Product Improvement, primarily within Engine/Power and Cooling Installation with occasional support required within Hydraulic Installation.
  • The role with include concept, design, analysis, test, and production support with successful systems meeting all machine level requirements for performance, durability, cost, weight, and manufacturing.
  • The role requires managing complex projects to meet all deliverables on time.
  • You will also utilize and further develop engineering best practices and standard work in our pursuit of Defect Free product.
