Responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für den employee life cycle von rund 250 Mitarbeitenden im Produktionsumfeld inkl. Personalbeschaffung, -planung und -betreuung “from hire to retire”
  • Konzeption und Mitwirkung bei werksweiten und unternehmensübergreifenden HR-Projekten, Einbringen von Ideen, Vorantreiben von Prozessverbesserungen und erfolgreiche Umsetzung gemeinsam mit dem HR-Team
  • Rekrutierung von Fach- und Führungskräften sowie selbstständige Steuerung und Umsetzung aller relevanten personellen Maßnahmen inklusiven der dazugehörigen Organisationsentwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat, Verhandlung von Themen und Erarbeitung von Lösungen in partnerschaftlicher Kooperation
  • Verantwortliche Ansprechperson der Geschäftsführung für alle operativen HR-Themen, sowie Ausarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
