  • Management of an appropriate setup for Swap Dealer & Banking Regulations (Volcker Rule, French Banking Law, US CFTC Swap Dealer, SEC SBSD) and Client Fiscal Regulations as the 2nd LoD
  • SPOC towards the business teams and the 1st LoD for Swap Dealer & Banking Regulations, supporting and supervising both in their roles
  • Contribution to projects and remediation efforts for MI related requirements
  • SPOC towards the Group, especially central stakeholders from the MI Domain
  • Coordination of certifications in context of Banking Regulations together with LoD1
  • Coordination of the local contribution for regular or exceptional audits or reportings both for the Group and regulators
  • Close collaboration with the rest of the local MI team to share knowledge and gather experience in other MI related processes
