Responsibilities

  • - You will analyse new claim instructions and collaborate with legal teams to progress claims, across wayleave, trespass and diversion caseloads.
  • - Whilst offering high levels of internal stakeholder management, you will act as an escalation point for Wayleave Officers and liaise externally with landlords, council representatives and residents.
  • - You will undertake legal research using specialised data sources and keep up to date with current case law and legislation to support the business, and your cases and to help and support paralegals and legal apprentices within the department.
  • - Utilising our systems, you will design and test various automation solutions with C&I Business Partners and provide insight to various stakeholders across the business and with our customers.
