Responsibilities

  • Check and respond to emails, addressing PMI and supplier queries promptly.
  • Update and monitor chiller temperatures to ensure proper storage conditions.
  • Place orders for general items, food, and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage, wine, and general store areas.
  • Review and approve requisitions (REQs) from all outlets, ensuring labels are placed on all issued spirits and wines with the correct issue date.
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies; sign delivery invoices and follow up on pending orders.
  • Issue approved REQs for evening outlets and post them to their respective outlets.
  • Conduct daily cross-checks on inventory after issuing items to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform regular cleaning in all store areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including handling returns, credit note follow-ups, and frequent physical stock checks to avoid loss.
  • Conduct month-end inventory for beverage, general, and tobacco stores, including generating stock turnover reports.
  • Calculate FOC (Free of Cost) for beverage deals and track short-expiry products.
  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure proper inventory rotation.
  • Cross-check all posted requisitions and store POS entries for accuracy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
