Responsibilities

  • - Eigenständiges End-to-End-Recruitment, für unsere business-kritischsten Rollen. Als Talent Partner für deine Hiring Manager leitest du Strategy Meetings, das Talent Mapping & Sourcing sowie die Interviews und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • - Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner und Coach für deine Hiring Manager. Zusammen findet ihr die besten Talente und schafft eine tolle Candidate Experience
  • - Du baust vertrauensvolle, langfristige Beziehungen mit deinen Hiring Managern und anderen Bereichen innerhalb der Organisation auf. Zeige dich dabei immer lösungsorientiert und proaktiv
  • - Analyse von Rekrutierungsdaten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Prozesses und zur Entwicklung effektiver Strategien
  • - Du beteiligst dich aktiv an Team Projekten und übernimmst Verantwortung für teamübergreifende Themen
