Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, managing daily mail, processing invoices for accounts payable and reception cover
  • Support with organisation of team training and meetings, including room bookings, room set up and catering arrangements
  • Client onboarding and offboarding
  • Completion of ATO lodgements, preparation of correspondence and other documentation
  • Assist the National Corporate Secretarial team with collating ASIC company annual review statements and attending to basic ASIC company changes (please note that training will be provided for Corporate Secretarial tasks)
  • Database and system management - update Salesforce CRM, Xero and other systems
  • You will also attend to other ad hoc tasks and support our Executive Assistants and the broader team as required.
