Requirements

  • Tenure: 10+ years of experience in Ecommerce and Social Channel management, creative direction and execution with a proven track record of success in a luxury jewelry or high-end fashion or beauty brand.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, Ecommerce and UX design, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Creative vision and ability to think outside the box, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, Ms Office, Frame.io and other relevant design software/tools.
  • Proven track record of developing and running successful social and Ecommerce channels.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Creative & Brand Voice:
  • Consideration Campaigns, Brand Storytelling, Special Projects (VIP Gifting).
  • Brand Creative:
  • Develop and execute best-in-class Consideration Campaigns.
  • Develop and expand Brand Identity kit and ensure tight adherence across the Brand Creative team. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all touch points, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Oversee and direct OOH, print etc. designs adhere to project requirements, objectives, and timelines and uphold brand standards across all projects.
  • Create and execute Special projects ranging from VIP and special packaging projects, mailers, co-op kits, cross-functional collateral (marketing, events, retail etc.).
  • Collaborate with the SVP Creative in the conceptualization and execution of brand awareness campaigns.
  • Brand Voice:
  • Develop and action a refresh of the Brand Voice and how it plays out across channels.
  • Create Brand Voice guidelines that are applicable across all 360 touch points.
  • Expand on Hero and Icon product & heritage and craftsmanship storytelling.
  • Direct and oversee Brand Communications with focus on E-Commerce and Email.
  • Oversee and edit day-to-day copy and ensure adherence to Brand Voice Guidelines and Channel Marketing KPI’s.
  • Leadership:
  • Actively collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and merchandising, to ensure constant alignment and integration of brand messaging and visuals.
  • Partner closely with project managers in terms of meeting goals and deadlines necessary for timely delivery of projects and creative assets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and mentor the brand and voice teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
