You will have day to day responsibility for a varied portfolio containing a mix of real estate and private equity corporate entities and will act as one of the main liaison and points of contact for all matters relating to the clients;</li><li>

YOUR KEY RESPONSILBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:<ul><li> 
Taking care of the day-to-day company secretarial operations of the entities;</li><li>
Overseeing various company secretarial transactions (e.g. incorporation, share allotment, capital reduction, change of directors, strike off, amendment of articles of association, buy back, power of attorney, loan notes etc.) to include preparation and/or review of the necessary corporate approvals, Companies House filings, statutory registers updates etc.;</li><li>
Training junior staff, delegating tasks and reviewing work;</li><li>
Preparing for and participating in board and shareholders' meetings and ensuring the minutes turnaround are respected;</li><li>
Ensuring the internal processes are followed and logs/trackers are updated;</li><li>

YOUR PROFILE:<ul><li> 
Hold a university degree and/or relevant professional qualification (Chartered Governance Institute or equivalent) or be working towards one;</li><li>
You have 3 years or more of relevant experience (company secretarial and managing corporate structures of a similar nature);</li><li>
Prior Blueprint experience (now called Diligent) would be a very strong asset;</li><li>
You have a good knowledge of compliance requirements and AML regulations;</li><li>
You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate;</li><li>

The team provides regulatory financial reporting services in reporting funds for The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and Banque Centrale du Luxembourg (BCL).   Strong communication skills (both verbal and through email communication)

  WORK TIMINGS:
 
  This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), although other hours may be required based on business need.
 
 
  Shifts are scheduled in minimum of 4 hour increments and a minimum of 8 hours is expected during peak days (typically 2 - 3 days per month)
 
 
  The days worked per month are typically 3 to 10 days only. (This is not a casual part-time position and there are regular hours.)
  Working days are based exclusively on business needs and are expected to be variable.
 
 
  QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  1 year+ of relevant experience
 
 
  Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office 365 programs, including, but not limited to:
 
 
  Laptop functionality
 
 
  Video conferencing software (i.e. Microsoft Teams)
 
 
  Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 2) simultaneously
 
 
  Microsoft Teams
 
 
  Online software programs for data entry
 
 
  Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays is required
 
 
  Ability to find specific data points based on guidance/logical reasoning
  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
