Forestar develops communities into a place to call home. Forestar is a residential lot development company, focused on delivering desirable communities for homebuilders in both established locations and long-term growth markets. We are primarily focused on developing single-family residential communities for entry-level, first- time and first- time move-up homebuyers, the largest segments of the new home market. We conduct a wide-range of project planning and management activities to enable homebuilders to concentrate their resources and efforts on building homes.
