Your day-to-day: 
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage daily operations of the Fresh Foods Department (Meat & Dairy), with a focus on sales, labour, and waste targets. This department handles only prepackaged fresh meats with no butchery done onsite at Goodness Me!.
 
Other duties and tasks may include:

<li>Interviewing and onboarding new team members</li>
<li>Monitoring and evaluating team members performance including executing performance management conversations.</li>
<li>Assisting in rolling out new policies and ensuring that team members are compliant.</li>
<li>Motivating and inspiring team members and facilitating personal growth.</li>
<li>Ensuring high levels of productivity are maintained.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.</li>
<li>Participate in merchandising and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management.</li>
<li>Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.</li>
</ul>
What you bring:
