  This role is to support our London IPMT team in the UK trade mark prosecution practice. The role and responsibilities include:

  <li>Technical trade mark and design formalities at UKIPO and WIPO, including filing trade mark and design applications, all prosecution, renewal and post-registration steps which will require filling out and submitting official forms at UKIPO and WIPO;</li>
  <li>Corresponding with fee-earners across our international practice, clients, foreign IP counsels, UKIPO and WIPO;</li>
  <li>Processing all incoming communications from UKIPO, WIPO and foreign counsels, docket deadlines, distributing them to the relevant fee earners;</li>
  <li>Arranging the preparation and execution of supporting documents for filings, recordals and renewals;</li>
  <li>Monitoring deadlines and reminding the fee earners in good time to ensure they have been complied with;</li>
  <li>Seeking instructions in relation to, and dealing with, renewals;</li>

  This role is to support our London IPMT team in the UK trade mark prosecution practice. The role and responsibilities include:

  <li>Technical trade mark and design formalities at UKIPO and WIPO, including filing trade mark and design applications, all prosecution, renewal and post-registration steps which will require filling out and submitting official forms at UKIPO and WIPO;</li>
  <li>Corresponding with fee-earners across our international practice, clients, foreign IP counsels, UKIPO and WIPO;</li>
  <li>Processing all incoming communications from UKIPO, WIPO and foreign counsels, docket deadlines, distributing them to the relevant fee earners;</li>
  <li>Arranging the preparation and execution of supporting documents for filings, recordals and renewals;</li>
  <li>Monitoring deadlines and reminding the fee earners in good time to ensure they have been complied with;</li>
  <li>Seeking instructions in relation to, and dealing with, renewals;</li>

  L’équipe PaC (Privacy and Cybersecurity) dirigée par Etienne Drouard est à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire en Cybersécurité/Protection des données pour la période de juillet à décembre 2025.

  En nous rejoignant, vous serez confronté(e) à diverses problématiques relatives à la protection des données et à la cybersécurité. L’équipe assiste les clients dans tous les sujets contractuels et réglementaires relatifs à la protection des données personnelles (mise en conformité, assistance pour les contrôles de la CNIL, violations de données personnelles, négociations de contrats, gestion de demandes de droit d’accès, autorisations CNIL, réalisation de PIA, accompagnement pour les BCRs, etc.), aux nouvelles technologies et à l’intelligence artificielle dans différents domaines comme les transports, le commerce électronique, les finances, la santé, …

  Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
