Dealer Network Development: Build and grow the dealer network, ensuring high performance and alignment with brand objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the executive team and OEMs to monitor sales performance, manage expenses, and maintain strong relationships.
Team Building: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team focused on driving growth and brand success.
About you
5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success in strategic sales.
Strong background in the automotive industry, particularly with electric vehicles.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within a dealer network and execute successful sales strategies.
Exceptional leadership and strategic commercial acumen.
Ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline.
Full driver's license.
