The Role
Your role will be all about helping investors get started smoothly on Odin&rsquo;s platform. You&rsquo;ll become the go-to person for sorting out any onboarding issues&mdash;especially around KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks&mdash;making sure investments can go through without delays. On top of that, you&rsquo;ll support investors with their questions, helping them solve any issues quickly and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:<ul>

Proactively support investors and companies experiencing difficulties with Odin&rsquo;s automated KYC/AML workflows.</li>
<li>Review KYC/AML documentation for flagged investors, conducting additional checks or enhanced due diligence when necessary.</li>
<li>Assist investors with tracing missing payments.</li>
<li>Respond to investor support issues promptly, contributing to a response time of under 2 hours across the board.</li>
<li>Identify patterns in support requests and implement efficiencies (e.g., setting up templates/macros for common answers).</li>
