You need 3+ years of payroll experience in Germany, HRIS knowledge (P&I Loga), Excel skills, attention to detail, strong communication, and fluency in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.

 As Via's Payroll Manager for Germany, you will manage the full employee payroll process from preparation, records maintenance, and monthly financial reporting for Via’s 600+ employees in the region.
