Responsibilities

  • Customer Support for Growth’s highest spending clients in collaboration with the Campaign Manager and Account Strategist of the accounts. You will develop your knowledge on an ongoing basis and contribute to the growth of accounts.
  • Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies.
  • End-to-end optimization of campaign budgets, technical set-ups reviews, and creative reviews to exceed client objectives.
  • Internal administrative tasks: submit, request & follow up with support teams (Finance, Data Analysts, Technical Solutions, Creative Designers, Go-to-Market/Product team).
  • Helping the CM team identify optimization opportunities within current existing business portfolio (technical and strategic reviews).
  • Contribute to the Campaign Management team's success by improving tools and internal processes: you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks (Ex: monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities) as well as running campaign health checks at scale.
  • Attend wide range of trainings to develop skills, including dedicated onboarding training and team lead support for development and coaching.
