Responsibilities

  • Interact with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of assignments.
  • Assist with special projects, documentation efforts and administrative assistance as needed.
  • Interact with subject matter experts to understand and document core business processes.
  • Assist in customer journey, process and sentiment mapping.
  • Participate in collaborative Customer Experience/Continuous Improvement Workgroups.
  • Analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) trends to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with your fellow interns to create a final presentation.
  • Meet with your team and manager in weekly team huddles and 1:1’s.
  • Other duties as assigned.
