Responsibilities

  • Work across the C&TD environment for Supply Chain and Global Services, supporting OMLP and broader organization upskilling/reskilling initiatives.
  • Utilize technology solutions to support creation of training content, as well as curate messaging and communications for the team.
  • Support analysis of training survey results and leading of continuous improvement actions.
  • As identified, lead initiatives to improve capability in the C&TD approach, as well as potentially support/lead initiatives that help upskill/reskill our internal customer teams.
  • Support the full-time OMLP and intern programs while working with the Global Program Manager.
  • Collaborate across multiple sites and functional teams to gather assignment proposals and preference information from interns and OMLPs.
  • Coordinate with the OMLP early talent committee for summer intern extracurricular offerings (e.g., tours, remote site offerings, program Q&A, social events) as well as offerings for full-time OMLPs.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure all OMLPs and interns are charged to the correct cost center, including segment-funded interns.
  • Depending on timing in the role, assist with recruitment, hiring, and placement of summer interns and other support to the full-time OMLP.
  • Help identify feedback and other insights supporting program improvements for OMLP.
