The primary role of the Asset Management Analyst is to support the Asset Manager in the day-to-day management of assets and assist in executing investment strategies to deliver performance targets in alignment with the Business Plan.
What educational qualifications are required for this position?
A degree qualification (or equivalent; 2:1 above) ideally in a related business or analytical subject such as finance, mathematics, economics, science, engineering, or real estate is required.
Is experience in the real estate industry necessary for this role?
Experience in the residential real estate industry is desirable but not essential; however, prior experience in an analytical role within asset management, investment banking, private equity, or other related sectors is essential.
Are advanced qualifications like CFA or MBA preferred?
Yes, CFA, MBA, or relevant MSc qualifications are desirable but not essential.
What software skills are required for this position?
The candidate should be IT literate and fully conversant with all Microsoft packages, particularly having advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Yes, fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal, is required for this position.

The role requires strong financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis skills, along with the ability to analyze and present complex financial data.
