Responsibilities

  • Active client relationship management on the German and European Property market by engaging with clients effectively, understanding their internal processes and market needs and fostering strong relationships.
  • Driving business development and identifying market needs for Asset Managers, Investment Managers for new and existing clients.
  • Develop services and ensure delivery for assets and portfolios in operation. Linking our existing Climate and Sustainability Services as well Programme and Project Management and TDD Service within Property Advisory with a wider client base and enable a systematic approach.
  • Advise our clients on value-add projects, decarbonisation programs aligned with end-of-life and lease periods as well as asset life extension. With a focus on advisory services, include our local and global in-house skills in architecture, engineering and specialists allowing for a holistic approach to the assets.
  • Ensure effective strategy development and deployment for buildings in operation, clarifying objectives and expectations. Assisting our clients to operate in an efficient and sustainable manner.
