Requirements

  • Excellent communication both within and external to the organization is required including communication with service-users (usually to answer telephone queries from patients and families), and with clinical and non-clinical staff. You will be IT proficient, organised and reliable, with an eye for detail. A key relationship is with the Ear, Nose and Throat Department (ENT), and the post holder is required to liaise frequently with ENT administrative staff and managers.
