The main purpose of the Brand Associate position is to expand JTI's brands, strengthen the portfolio, support strategy execution, and enhance market presence in a competitive, regulated environment.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A tertiary qualification in marketing (diploma or degree) is required, with a postgraduate degree preferred. Additionally, 1+ years of FMCG experience is sought, although recent marketing graduates with a postgraduate degree will also be considered.
Is experience in marketing preferred for this role?
Yes, marketing experience is a plus, especially within the FMCG sector.
What kinds of skills are important for a candidate applying to this position?
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive self-starter qualities, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are important. Knowledge of Nielsen and Circana is also a plus.
