  • Compensation and Rewards - Own our total rewards and compensation structure ensuring it remains competitive to attract and retain the best talent
  • Performance Enablement - Build Programming that drives performance rather than just measuring it
  • Organizational Design - Define scaled team structure to support business objectives
  • Compliance and Policy Work - Ensure we’re always on track with employment law and legislation for both HQ and the Retail side of the business (includes US)
  • Training and Development - Build a best in class L&D program supporting our HQ & Retail Teams
  • Global expansion - Across HQ and our Retail storefronts
  • DE&I Champion - Ensuring equitability across the entire organization
  • Data & Analytics - Data driven decision making to unlock team and people insights
