  • Investigate compliance incidents or violations, prepare summaries of findings, and provide recommendations for corrective actions
  • Monitor corrective actions taken in response to compliance issues to ensure effectiveness and adherence to prescribed timelines
  • Conduct regular assessments of company practices, processes, and controls to identify potential compliance issues or areas for improvement
  • Maintain, use and further develop all compliance related business applications to scale and improve a more automated assurance process
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and facilitate training sessions to promote understanding of compliance obligations
  • Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring updates are communicated and integrated within the team
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries, providing support and guidance to employees regarding compliance issues or concerns
  • Further develop our data analytics and testing setup to enhance value and efficiency
  • Support the full implementation of a modern compliance and governance framework
  • Participate in local and global projects to support compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc investigations and deep-dives as needed
