Responsibilities

  • - Annual regulatory training plan
  • - Transactional compliance monitoring (monthly and quarterly)
  • - Thematic compliance monitoring
  • - Annual process and procedures review
  • - Assist the Head of Compliance with engagement with the CBI and maintain records of all engagement.
  • - Provide support to the Senior Compliance Officer and the Head of Compliance in drafting the monthly Risk and Compliance reports and quarterly compliance reports to the Regulatory Compliance Forum and the Board Audit Committee.
