  • 3 years+ experience in B2B marketing, ideally Graphics
  • Bi-lingual preferred, fluent English as well as French or German ideally
  • You have a strong passion for working closely with Field Sales
  • Excellent track record of end-to-end campaign execution and delivering results
  • Knowledge and experience with modern demand generation and integrated marketing, knowing when to deploy each type of activity for maximum effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Ensure close collaboration and teamwork across the entire Marketing team to deliver departmental objectives.
  • Ensure an ongoing knowledge of market and competitor activity relating to the Quadient Graphics solution streams.
  • Manage Graphics marketing budget, track activity results, and return on investment.
  • Manage marketing related strategic imperatives and drive Quadient business performance; contribution to the delivery of the vision of Quadient as a marketing led organisation; ensure alignment between customer needs and behaviours, programme & product portfolio and sales incentives & behaviours.
  • Manage and achieve objectives related to marketing programmes from concept to development, delivery & assessment; ensure demand generation targets are achieved by monitoring, course correction and contingency planning; communication with sales regarding programme objectives; work collaboratively with colleagues across the group to review programme ideas and share best practice; work within marketing budgets.
  • Develop innovative and competitive customer marketing and promotional programs that balance customer and sales incentives to achieve profitable growth.
  • Develop an innovative competitive contact strategy. This to be accompanied by competitive education across the product portfolio for the field sales channel.
  • Implement effective product launches that properly position the product in line with the strategic objectives. Aid the design of product launches such that the field sales organisation can effectively implement the plan.
