Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the President of ISV and the ISV Global Leadership team to drive the HR strategy, ensuring it is closely aligned with business goals and objectives. Collaborate in problem solving to find both practical and strategic solutions. Proactively identify HR challenges and offer solutions to build an engaging work environment.
  • Organizational Design and Talent Development: Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies that help deliver long-term success. Lead Organizational Review process for ISV globally.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Partner with our central Human Resource Centers of Excellence to develop recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Employee / Leadership Development & Engagement: Implement programs to support leadership development, career growth, and employee engagement, helping employees at all levels reach their potential and contribute to the Emerson’s success.
  • Performance & Rewards: Embed the Emerson performance management frameworks and reward systems that promote accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Organizational Culture: Foster an open, collaborative, and high-performance work culture. Provide direction and support for conflict resolution, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR operations comply with global labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Proactively handle HR risks and ensure adherence to ethical practices and corporate policies.
