Requirements

  • De formation BAC+2/3 en RH ou en administration, vous avez déjà au minimum une expérience en entreprise
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre organisation, votre autonomie et votre discrétion
  • Vous avez un très bon relationnel, aimez travailler en équipe ainsi qu’en mode projet, avec de multiples interlocuteurs
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite Office et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et la digitalisation
  • Un anglais intermédiaire est nécessaire pour ce poste

Responsibilities

  • Préparer les contrats de travail, avenants et attestations diverses
  • Répondre aux questions des salariés via notre outil de ticketing
  • Gérer / archiver électroniquement les dossiers administratifs du personnel
  • Etre back-up des différents sites en France sur la gestion de l’intérim
  • S’assurer de la bonne conformité juridique des commandes pour la réalisation des contrats
  • Saisir et suivre les heures réalisées
  • Vérifier et valider la cohérence des données de la commande à la facturation et alerter en cas de dysfonctionnement
  • Gérer le courrier
  • Suivre et valider les factures
  • Participer à divers projets RH : refonte des pages Intranet RH, harmonisation, écriture et mise en place de procédures, etc.
